It is a unique FR material that not only offers protection against chemical splashes and sprays to CE Types 3 & 4 but is also certified to the FR EN 14116 (Index 1) standard for clothing for protection against flames, heat. Pyrolon^® CRFR is used to prevent protection against flammables like paint, oil and grease, hazardous liquids and contaminants, and dry particulates from penetrating to clothing. They are designed to be worn over Thermal Protective Garments without compromising thermal protection where standard disposable coveralls.

Specifications:

• This chemical protective suit made from Viscose rayon / polyester / PVC film composite fabric is resistant to burn, even in a forced ignition situation.
• The fabric used is soft and flexible.
• It is an ideal alternative to standard disposable chemical suits in fire risk areas such as petrochemical and refining plants.
• It combines Type 3 & 4 chemical spray protection and flame retardancy.
• It can be worn over standard flame protective work-wear without compromising flame protection – in most cases flame and heat protection is improved. Tested in multilayer ensembles for predicted body burn using thermal mannequin test equipment to prove an increase in thermal protection and a reduced body burn incidence.
• Fully stitched and taped seams for impervious seal.
