Our Team

The business was founded over two decades back by Bhupesh Kamdar, having Commercial background, and his brother, Mahendra Kamdar, having Mechanical Engineering background. They shared same vision about growth potential of Industrial Safety Business in India and have common belief, “Safety, Your Prerogative, Our Job”. Since then, they built the business brick-by-brick. Bhupesh’s entrepreneurial skills, ground-level knowledge of various industries, sharp commercial acumen, people skills and pragmatic approach combined with requisite technological and financial inputs from Mahendra, came in very handy in bringing up the company to it’s present form of a fast-growing family-owned business managed professionally but still retaining it’s family values of fairness in all transactions with it’s stakeholders.

The Core Team

Bhupesh Kamdar, Managing Partner

He, having entrepreneurial, Commercial and Industry background, is handling all the day-to-day affairs of the company and provides the able leadership to the entire team. Over years, he has put a lot of efforts in creating awareness about industrial safety and various useful personal protective products among the customers. Over and above his top management role, he also manages various functions including human resource development, product development, raw-material procurement, outsourcing and customer relationship functions in particular.

Mahendra Kamdar, Partner, Technology and Finance

Considering his Mechanical Engineering background, industry experience and extensive Information Technology / Finance knowledge, he is entrusted with providing personal protective products design related, raw material related and information technology related technological inputs apart from requisite financial and policy inputs to the company.

Archana Kamdar, Partner, Administration and HR

She, having Science background and good people skills, manages the administration & HR functions of the company. She provides appropriate training and regular updates to our staff to make them highly competitive in their respective domain of work.

Nitin Kamdar, Manager, Banking and Accounts

He, having Commercial background, manages banking and accounts functions of the company. He is also entrusted with another important function, Management Information System, enabling the Board to take informed and timely decisions.

Dhwanee Kamdar, Partner- Sales & Business Development

Being an IT engineer with business genes, she brings digital perspective to various aspects of the business enabling modernisation and cross-function integration drive. Also brings characteristic genY fresh approach necessary to provide energetic leadership to the company. She has to her credit significant contribution in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Market Intelligence, Vigilance and IPR / Brand Protection for our global principles.

Jinal Shah, Manager, Sales and Marketing

She, having Commercial and Marketing background, manages Domestic and International Sales and Marketing function, customer liaison, product delivery co-ordination and new business development. Being very passionate about her work, she is an integral part of the company’s think-tank and provides her valuable inputs in evolving marketing strategy and long-term business vision.
