Description : 

A fire proximity suit should consist of hood with visor, jacket with trouser, shoes and gloves. The suit is interwoven with minimum three layers of fabric (inner, middle and outer). They are heat resistant due to inner linings, outer aluminised fabric and inner FR fabric used. Aluminized Fire Proximity Suit is manufactured from aluminized fiberglass or Kevlar or Penox cloth. It is designed to protect workers from radiant heat while working near furnace areas in metal plants. It is used commonly in refineries, petrochemical plants, foundries and casting plants, basic steel and aluminum industries, glass and ceramic plants, and laboratories.
